In current market where everything you see is having AI touch to it. Due low intial cost of creating something with AI Agents, we can see that the market is flooded with cheaper products.

Due to availability of cheaper options, customers are having power to bargain to extend which is in-feasible for the seller. We see some customers are even thinking that with AI, he can build everything. It is sometimes hard to convince those customers that building prototype is completely different than a finished product. The label of effort it takes to plan and build in a scaleable way.

In low value markets like small businesses of India, it’s harder to sell product which could potentially bring more revenue and customers. Mostly those type of customers look for free services. Giving free services is not sustainable.

While building our product we found out that having demand itself is not enough. Making the customer understand the value is important. Otherwise, they will promise but not buy ultimately.

How do we mitigate this conversation problem? First, we need have clear understanding of what they are looking for. Second, let them have some experimental option.
